Description of Services
VenAstro provides astrology tools including:
- Birth chart calculators
- Zodiac compatibility analysis
- Chinese zodiac readings
- Numerology calculations
Services are for entertainment and personal insight only.
Important Astrology Disclaimer
Astrology readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. VenAstro does not provide:
- Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- Financial, investment, or career predictions
- Legal guidance
- Relationship counseling
Users should consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.
User Accounts
- You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent, to use our services.
- Provide accurate birth information when using calculators and readings.
- Account security (including passwords) is your responsibility.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using in-product controls when available.
User Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your birth data and other information you submit.
- You grant VenAstro a limited license to process your submissions to deliver the services.
- VenAstro does not claim ownership of readings generated uniquely for you, but the underlying software, templates, and presentation are protected.
- Zodiac and site content are © VenAstro unless otherwise noted.
Prohibited Activities
- Commercial use of our services or outputs without written permission.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or models.
- Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward users or staff.
- Submitting false birth information to manipulate results.
- Automated access, scraping, or bulk downloading except as allowed by robots.txt.
Payments and Subscriptions
- Certain premium features may require payment when offered.
- Digital services and delivered content may not be eligible for refunds unless required by law.
- Paid subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled in accordance with checkout terms.
- Cancellation: provide at least 24 hours’ notice before renewal where self-service billing is available.
Termination & Limitation of Liability
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
- We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
- Content and readings are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
